Condolences to his family. May they find peace in knowing Dr. Haar was a great man. As a surgical nurse I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Haar. He was a serious surgeon and I was one of the few that could make him laugh. I will cherish those memories. Rest peacefully Dr. Haar.

I would like to offer my condolences. Dr. Haar saved my mom's life when I was 9 years old and I was very sad to hear of his passing. If it weren't for him my mom wouldn't have seen me get married, have children, etc. Heaven had truly gained an angel.

Dr.Haar in February of 2000 performed surgery to remove a cancerous salivary gland tumor from me.With the uncertainty of the pathologists it was a very fine judgment call as to whether to do a disfiguring wide-excision or just removal of the tumor.Dr.Haar had the exquisite skill and judgment to opt to save me from facial disfigurement. For this I am forever grateful.
