Beloved brother of Bonnie Dixon; cherished uncle of Dana (David) Burwell and Renee Dixon; devoted great-uncle of Sophie Burwell; loving former husband of Sandra (nee Schoelles) Herdle; dearest father of Beth (Russ) Bulger; dear grandfather of Alyssa and Megan Schoelles and Russell Bulger, Jr.; fond great-grandfather of Mia Schoelles. Friends received at LAKESIDE MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., same as CURTIN FUNERAL HOME, 1340 Union Rd., West Seneca, NY (716-674-5776) on Sunday from 1 - 3 PM, where a Memorial Service will immediately follow at 3 PM.
