Smith - Mabel E. (nee Swauger) October 1, 2014, of Hamburg, NY, beloved wife of 67 years to Ray G. Smith; devoted mother of Ronald H. Smith, Robin (Richard) Dudek and Susan Ray; cherished grandmother of Carrie, Juliana and Ronnie (Sunniva) Smith, Amanda, Kristen and Casey Dudek, Amy and Tom Ray, and Chelsey (Brandon) Wolford; loving great-grandmother of Henrik and Heidi Smith, Amelia Martinek, Lucas Poyfair and Charlotte Wolford; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends received at the LAKESIDE MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4199 Lake Shore Rd., (corner Camp Rd. and Route 5), Hamburg, 716-627-2919, on Friday from 4-8 PM, where Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 1 PM. Flowers gratefully declined. In honor of Mabel's granddaughter, memorials may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 4245 Union Rd., Suite 108, Buffalo, NY 14225, www.nationalmssociety.org.
