Beloved husband of Barbara Ann (nee Warner) Hoadley. Loving father of Susan (Mark Giblin) Hoadley, Sherrie (Ted) Sheppard, Dalene (Art) Dory and Richard (Barbara) Hoadley. Cherished Grandfather of Patrick (Crystal), Samantha, Christina, Kevin, Alesha and Kaitlin. Great grandfather of five great- grandchildren. Dear brother of Glenn (Janet), Lee (Cathie) and the late Robert (Grace), Roger (Honnorine) and William Hoadley. Survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc., 911 Englewood Ave. on Thursday, February 13th from 3 to 6 PM for Memorial Visitations, to be followed by a Memorial Service at 6 PM. Dick worked at GM for over 40 years. He was a Submariner in the U.S. Navy, avid bowler and golfer and enjoyed gardening in his backyard and working on his pond. However, Dick's favorite thing in life was spending time with his loving family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's memory to Roswell Park Cancer Alliance.
