Tom, Grandpa, friend..as i sit here wondering what to do, i remember that this is only temporary. This life was meant for experience. I have experienced, and witnessed what a soul of service can do for a community. The template of respect you showed me is a path which many cannot walk alone, but all can follow. Thank you for allowing me the life to continue on this path. The physical presence is no match for the soul presence. And you are with us in that sense forever. May the waves of the Aruba coast massage your back, the florida sun moisturize your skin, and the love of the people around the world you touched ease your pain. Till we meet again my friend.

Tom was a great guy. I knew him for more than 50 years. And worked for him when I was in high school and his shop was on S. Elmwood Ave. I'm sorry I learned of his passing too late to attend his funeral services. He will be missed.

To his beautiful daughter's and family my heartfelt sympathy. Your dad's connection with me was not only family but friends, he was always smiling and kind to me. My memories of him are from our Grand Island days and have treasured them always! RIP Tom

Tommies was a permanent fixture on the West Side. He started on West Ferry in a former Hudson dealership. His move to Niagara Street kept the neighborhood stable when other businesses folded. Many hours were spent training (ha) insurance adjustors about the number of hours required to straighten and fix ultra-strength steel. It was great fun to see him behind the wheel of his 1955 and 2003 black Thunderbirds. Treasure my memories of De Carol Collision. Sheldon Merritt (Merritt Auto Painting, Co. Inc.)

Tom you are one of a few genuine people whom it is a privilege to have known. You are always ready to help someone in need and easy to become a friend. From our first meeting we were more like brothers than friends. Wednesday mornings will never be the same joyful and warm breakfast time that we have shared. For myself, and many others, I say goodbye and that I will miss you. We your friends, wish you well on the next phase of your journey. Mario & Carol Passero
