Vivian SETLOCK Obituary
(nee Finnegan)
November 28, 2021. Beloved wife of Joseph Setlock; cherished mother of Jennifer G. (Michael) Stewart, Julia L. Setlock and JoAnna M. (Patrick) Otwell; loving grandmother of Kylee, Joey, Addy, Penelope and Finnegan; also survived by many caring brothers, sisters, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may call Wednesday, 4-8 PM at the HOY FUNERAL HOME, 3855 Seneca St., West Seneca. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, at 9:30 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Please assemble at church. Flowers gratefully declined. Arrangements entrusted to REDDINGTON FUNERAL HOME.

I am thinking of your entire family today and pretty much every day. Viv, I see you everywhere. I go someone that looks like you and put a smile on all my fond memories. I know you are up with the Lord singing with the angels and your mom and dad and all that went before you. To your beautiful family your legacy may the good Lord continue to strengthen them, shine his glory upon them and give you everlasting peace that we only can get from the Lord above. What a beautiful, beautiful family she has! Love you all and lifting you up in prayer.

Viv, I can´t believe your two-year anniversary is coming up. It seems no matter where I go. I see someone that reminds me of you. I was so blessed to have met you and your beautiful family many years ago. I cherish all the memories I was so blessed and fortunate to make with you. I keep your family in my daily prayers. I met Vivian when she answered my ad for a babysitter for my 5 children ( Jennifer,Meghan,Tim,Nora and baby Mark). On that day, Vivian not only became a wonderful babysitter, but a friend, confidant and all around lifeline for my family. She was loving, loyal and caring. As my kids grew and no longer needed a babysitter, I am happy to say that they remained friends with Vivian and her family. I will always be grateful to Vivian and pray for her family at this sad time.
