Corpus Christi - On May 31, 2021, Beatrice Marie Fey, a devout Catholic, was called to her heavenly home after a short illness. Born in Woodsboro, TX on April 26, 1941 to Joseph Eugene Fey and Alma Louise Fey, she lived a holy life.

She attended Catholic Schools at Christ the King in Corpus Christi through 8th grade. She went on to graduate from Chatawa, MS and then joined the Religious Sisters at the School Sisters of Notre Dame where she served the Lord for eleven years - six years at an orphanage in New Orleans, LA and five years in St. Louis where she was in charge of the kitchen and laundry.

After leaving the Religious Order, she returned to the Corpus Christi area and worked in the banking industry for 45 years. Bea served as President of the Altar Society at Christ the King for many years. Her love of God, children, her family and gardening were evident throughout her life.

Bea was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by four sisters and two brothers: Mary Louise Krzywosinski (Leonard -dec.), Isabel Williams, Jo Ella Menn (Maynard -dec) Patricia Hoelscher (Gilbert dec.), Henry F. Fey (Roberta-dec.) and Joseph Eugene Fey, Jr. (Georgie) and numerous nieces and nephews.

All services will be held at St. Peter, Prince of the Apostles Catholic Church (3901 Violet Rd. Corpus Christi, TX 78410) on Thursday, June 3, 2021.

The visitation will be held from 9:00-9:30am, the Recitation of the Rosary will begin 9:30, with a Funeral Mass to follow at 10:00am. The graveside service will be at Seaside Memorial Mark at a later date.
