Janice Parkinson Obituary

Janice F. Parkinson

Age 78, of Massillon, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born Jan. 9, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Edna (Anthes) Faulkner, and had been a resident of the Canton area since 1963. Janice was a 1961 graduate of Cincinnati Hughes High School.

She is survived by her husband, James H. Parkinson, with whom she celebrated their 35th Wedding Anniversary on Feb. 15th; four sons, Todd Muegel, Michael (Bernie) Muegel, Eric Parkinson, and Ryan (Joy) Parkinson; three grandchildren, J. P. Parkinson, Lilly Parkinson, and Emily (Ron) Callahan.

A Private Family Service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of North lawn Mausoleum with Hospice Chaplain Steve Kimbrel officiating. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Janice's memory may be made to: Mercy Hospice, 4369 Whipple Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44718. Condolences may be sent to:
