Mark Cady Obituary

Mark David Cady

age 71, of Louisville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Feb. 23, 2018 in Myrtle Beach surrounded by his family. He was born June 26, 1946 in Canton, Ohio. Mark was a 1965 graduate of Hoover High School. He was an Army Veteran, serving in Vietnam, where he received the Purple Heart. Mark retired from Republic Steel in 2003 after 38 years of service. He was an enthusiastic fan of all Cleveland Teams and The Ohio State University.

Mark is survived by his wife of 35 years, Bonnie (Catazaro) Cady; three sons, Jeff (Lisa), Brian (Mariann) and Kevin Cady; three grandchildren, Ashley, Alexa and Addison Cady. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margie Waltenbaugh.

A mass of Christian Burial will celebrated 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning at St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville, with Fr. Robert Miller officiating. Calling hours will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday evening (TONIGHT), at Stier-Israel Funeral Home. Mark will be laid to rest with military honors in St. Louis Parish Cemetery.
