Nancy Brunker Obituary
Age 55, of Massillon passed away unexpectedly on Saturday June 12, 2021. She was born in Massillon on July 26, 1965. She received her BA in Secondary Education from Kent State University and MA in Library Sciences from Akron University and served as librarian for Perry Local Schools for 25 years. She was a member of Perry Christian Church. Nancy treasured her family and grandchildren for she was their "Nana". She was strong in her faith and touched so many people's lives. Nancy lived every day like there would never be a tomorrow, stayed positive and will be cherished and missed.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Roger Moyer and her mother, Donna Jean (Kimble) Bennett. Survivors include her husband, Steven Brunker; a son, Andrew (Amanda) Brunker; daughters, Alyssa (Mike) Tallman, Jessica (Dustin) Alcorn; five grandchildren, Grace and Jack Brunker, Lucas and Jennings Tallman and Boaz Alcorn; step father, Bob (Katrina) Bennett; half sister, Chris Stephanoff; brothers, Larry Moyer, Jr. and Jason Moyer; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday June 23, 2021 at 7 p.m. at Perry Christian Church (139 Perry Dr. NW, Canton, OH 44708) with Pastor Rod Geiger officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association at www.phassociation.org Those wishing can view this obituary and sign the online guest book at www.reedfuneralhome.com.
