Suzanne Self Obituary
age 54, of Canton, went Home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, April 6, 2014. She was born in Canton on Aug. 17, 1959 to the late, William and Rita Beadling and was a 1977 graduate of Jackson High School. Suzanne was employed as a customer service agent with Fed Ex for 28 years. She was very devoted to her faith and celebrated it at St. Peter's Catholic Church. She was a kind hearted, genuine, loving and giving woman and was a very beautiful person, inside and out. Her faith and her family were the most important things in her life and she will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister and aunt.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin L. Self, whom she married in 1994; three daughters, whom she was very proud of and devoted to, Erinn Wright, Colleen Self and Alanna Self; siblings, Shirley (Jim) Turns, Barbara (Chuck Bell) Bjornstad, Bruce Beadling and Jeff (Lori) Beadling; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews whom she was very devoted to.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Peter's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Fr. Edward Beneleit as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help with Suzanne's children's futures. Those wishing, may sign the on-line guestbook at www.reedfuneralhome.com.
