GREEN - Darlene S. Loughborough, 82, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2026, at her home after a brief illness.
Darlene was born February 21, 1943, to Charles and Nadine Bolea in Canton, was a 1961 graduate of Jackson High School and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Defiance College in 1965. She was the owner and operator of Twin Oaks Realty for 56 years. She was a member and past president of the Akron Area Board of Realtors.
Darlene is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Dan; children David and his wife Tonya and Deborah Loughborough; grandson Andrew and his wife Courtney Loughborough and their children Eli and Sara; and sister Marlene Bolea.
A Celebration of Darlene's Life will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Road (corner of Steese and Massillon Roads, entrance off Steese Road). Friends may call from 10:00 am until the service. Donations to American Cancer Society (donate.cancer.org) instead of flowers would be greatly appreciated.
