Dear Sam...I remember the great talks we had in or before our classes. You never failed to cheer me up on those days when I was a little down. I always considered you a friend. Rest in Peace.

Good bye Sammy, many fond memories of our youth seemingly so recent yet so long passed.

Seems only yesterday that we were all children. I still have many fond memories of a smiling jocular and seemingly carefree Sam as a teen.

I met Sam at the hospital a couple of years ago. I must say that I feel truly blessed and honored to have known him. We shared many talks about his health and his life- especially his loving family. I really enjoyed when he would explain what the problem with our healthcare system is. He kept me laughing and smiling. I will miss him!!!!!!!
