Mary Buckles Obituary

Mary Julita Buckles of Pawnee, IL passed away on Friday July 25, 2025. Judy was born in Pawnee at home on October 28, 1938 and was the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Whalen) Buckles. Judy enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and singing. More than anything, Judy was a caregiver to her family, especially her brother Bill. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joan Deschamps; brothers, Bill, Joseph and Edward. Judy is survived by her numerous Nieces, Nephews and many beloved extended family members. Judy's family is having a visitation for her on Friday August 1, 2025 at Saint Rita's Catholic Church, 30 St. Rita Court, Kincaid, IL 6254 from 11:00am till the time of Mass at 12:00pm. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Pawnee, IL where Judy will be laid to rest with her family. Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester, IL directing arrangements.
