Dear Dolly was an extraordinary woman! Had known for many years through CBS (Community Bible Study), but became friends just past few years. So smart, elegant, beautiful inside and out. Loved talking about everything with her. She was very astute and wonderful listener. She lived a wonderful, full life and will be truly missed.

Dolly was an inspiration to me from my early days at Western Maryland College. She exemplified grace, wisdom, and a joie de vivre that I wanted to emulate. She was a very dear friend. I fondly remember her visiting me when I was incapacitated and filling me with joy and love. I will miss her. Christianna

There was always a broad, beaming smile and a sense that she was genuinely glad to see you. Whatever conversation ensued, it was always more about you than her. We, and this community, are richer in spirit for having known her.
