While we didn't get a chance to know John well, I do recall his good humor jokes, and laughter. He was a fun, gregarious guy who liked everyone. John was proud of his pontoon and often took his friends out on the boat. Once, John graciously took us on the pontoon as well. John will be greatly missed, and by many, I'm sure.

Thank you for your friendship and kindness. You left a wonderful impression on all that met and knew you. It's not often we have the opportunity to be blessed by having someone like you walk across our path. My family and I were fortunate enough to experience your friendship. You will live forever in our hearts and memories. No sneaking up on Jesus with cricket sounds!
