Helon Hiter Obituary
Mrs. Hiter was preceded in death by her husband, William Lewis Hiter; and her son, William Lewis Hiter Jr.
Mrs. Hiter was a lifetime member of Goldmine Baptist Church. Mrs. Hiter was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, as well as, a surrogate grandmother to many in the Louisa community. Mrs. Hiter was cherished by all who met her and will be sorely missed.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, Betty Jean Hiter Bazzanella (Samuel) of Mineral, Henry Dunsmore Hiter of Florida and Carol Maude Hiter Martin of Louisa; her grandchildren, Sandra Gay Bazzanella, Ginger Allison Bazzanella Eppard (Edward) of Elkton, Virginia, Kristy Lynn Bazzanella (Ronald) of Mineral, Cindy Hiter Mott (Paul) of Charlottesville, Kimberly Hiter Hutchinson (Stuart) of North Carolina, Chuck Hiter (Terry) of Florida, Jeffrey Martin of Fredericksburg, Virginia; her great-grandchildren, Samuel Clyde Kelley, Russell H. J. Childs, Harrison Bazzanella Childs, Corey Martin, Cody Martin, Daniel Hutchinson, Heather Hutchinson, Lauren Mott, Christopher Mott, Nathan Mott; and one great-great-grandson.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. on Thursday, January, 14 at Woodward Funeral Home, Louisa, with a funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Arrangements are being made by Woodward Funeral Home, Louisa.

Helen , was a wonderful neighbor to my beloved mother Eleanor S Boyd. Mom did her hair many times through out the years. She will be truly missed.
