Timothy Sterner Obituary
Mr. Sterner loved fishing. He was a highly decorated veteran of the Vietnam war, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and the Army. Mr. Sterner received two Purple Hearts and a Distinguished Flying Cross.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Ginn; children Edward L. Sterner (Jennifer), Christopher A. Sterner (Sher) and Danielle Miller; grandchildren Lacey, Brittany, Kyle, Robert, Shabetha, Marrisa, Angel, Valina and Timothy; two great-grandchildren; and brother Terrance Sterner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Elner Sterner.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 5 at Culpeper National Cemetery.
