When Brian left this earth, I was speechless. Brian helped me through so many things during my life. From the Marching Mustangs at Myers Park to the Bronco Express at FSU, Brian was always somewhere smiling at me and trying to make me do better. It was always so funny to me to see him attempt to be serious, it was almost an impossibility. I love you Brian and I miss you so very much. Ms. Linda, Shawn and Dana, I love you guys too.

To my brother from another mother. Thats in essence what Brian was to me. Brian has been a part of my life for so long its hard to remember when he came into it. Oh the stories I could tell! :)Im thankful to have had the years god did give us here on earth. And I know we will pick right up where we left off when we meet again. This lost has been a great shock for the both of our families and I will do my best to keep there spirits lifted. I miss you like crazy as Im sure we all do. You will forever be in my heart. Love you forever and ever. Your little sis.

I just want to say that I'm at the at a complete loss for words for the demise of my friend Brian Reese.I am currently in the United States Navy;stationed in Yokosuka;Japan. I was underway in China for about a month, and decided to call my friend Robert"Bobby"Watson to see what's going on at home.He then told me about Brian's demise.I'M STILL IN SHOCK!!Brian, and Shawn"Gimp" are like brothers to me,when we were in college together;we ALWAYS had a good time.My heart hurt soooo much right now,but I know that Brian is in heaven with "Pac"!Mrs.Linda Reese; this is "FREAKY-TY".I'll be going to Hong Kong from October 26th till November 21st.When we arrive back to Japan;I'll be taking leave on the 22nd until December 4th.I HAVE TO PAY MY MY RESPECTS TO MY FRIEND!!!!!!!!It hurts me sooo much, because I'm not in the states, but at the same time;I'm defending our countries freedom.I'll BE HOME SOON TO SEE YOU,AND PAY MY RESPECTS TO BRIAN "RAMSES THE SECOND"RESSE.May GOD give your family the strength to carry on,and I just want you to know that since I heard of his passing;there's not a night that goes by that I don't shed tears of joy, just remebering all the memories of a true warrior, who I know never gave up;but what also humble in his heart.Brian keep smiling down on me,and I TOLD YOU "PAC" is in heaven!! I PROMISE TO ALWAYS STAY TRUE;AND NEVER GIVE UP. I LOVE YOU BRIAN.I'll see you at the "CROSSROADS"!!!!!

Aunt Linda, Dana, Shawn & The Reese Family

My heart goes out to all of you. My life too was touched by Brian. I cannot believe he is gone. Brian was so funny and full of life. I was friends with him long before I ever knew his cousin, Michael Kemp. It was God who tied us all together. Brian use to watch over me when we went to school together. He comforted me and gave me the biggest hug last year during Michael's farewell. It was so good to see him, because I had not seen him in years. I am so sorry to see him go. We all loved him, but God loved him more. May he rest in peace. I will continue to keep you guys lifted in prayer. May the Lord continue to comfort all of you during this difficult time.

To the Reese family be strong and keep your head up Brian wouldn't want any of your days to be without smiles. Brian was a very special person he will be truly missed by all. I can remember when we were at Myers Park in the band we went on a trip to the Bahamas we had a ball I look back on those pictures and everyone of them had a smile from Brian, I don't even think Brian could fix his face to give a frown. Rest peacefully my friend until we meet again.

We had a lot of funny, outrageous, and good times between our apartments at Filter Plant Drive. There was always a giant, toothy grin on Brian's face, morning, noon, and night. He treated everyone like family and became a big brother to me. We know you're watching over us Reese-man. Mommy Reese and Shawn, you are in my prayers, so stay strong and take comfort in the sweet grace and mercy of God.

I can remember when I first met Brian I thought he had the most beautiful smile. I remember when my father, my brother and myself were at a basketball game and I saw Aunt Lola and we told her that I was attending FSU and she asked me did I know Brian Reese and I said yes, she told me that we were cousins. When I got back to school I told Brian and he was like hey cuz and we always greeted each other that way. I will miss Brian so. I love you and will miss you dearly.

To The Reese Family and Brian's Spirit:

I praise God that he allowed us to know Brian here on earth. I know angels are rejoicing that he's joined them! It gives me comfort to know that Brian is watching over us.

Boy, we had a time at FSU and in the band. Brian made the band an unforgettable experience for me and many others!

The last time I spoke with Brian he told me "I'm just trying to make a dollar out of 15 cents!" when I asked him what he was up to these days. It was that kind of joy he always carried and I'll forever love him and miss him for that.

To the entire family...Thanks for his life and his legacy will live on! God bless you all!

Brian Reese was without a doubt a Fayetteville State legend. He epitomized life and if you attended FSU during his tenure, you were touched and inspired by his enthusiasm for performing. He will be deeply missed, but I'm sure we all have a few "Brian Reese Moments" that we will never forget. We have been blessed by his presence and we remain in this condition because of the fond memories that he has left with us.

My prayers and thoughts are with you. I enjoyed knowing Brian and I don't think I could've ever made it through Chemistry at MP without him. He was always full of life and laughter so much that the teacher had to seperate us which didn't do any good. He will definitely be missed.

Brian,

As I left your side Saturday at Oaklawn Cemetary, my heart begin to break and tears begin to fall, then I felt the warmth from the rays of sun beaming through my sunroof onto me and I smiled, I knew then that you were alright. I know that you, Lahesha and Keisha have formed your own minature Mustang Marching Band, you drum major of course, Lahesha, head of the clarinet section, now twirling her colorguard flag and beating me over the head with it and little Keisha White, just smiling and looking on as she takes direction. You are all missed and memories that we have cherished together will remain in our hearts Forever! To the Reese Family and especially Shawn, keep your heads up and take one day at a time, use those precious memories of Brian to get you through, you all will be forever in our prayers! I'm at a lost. Words can't express. Our bodies are here for so long, but our spirits are here forever. Brian's spirit is here and it's all around us. Each memory that we've shared with him, we must hold on to it and smile each time we think of it. Just note, we will soon be walking with him in Heaven. Love yourself and Love the Lord.

My heart truly goes out to the Reese Family. When I heard the news of Brian's passing, I was in total shock. I was also a part of FSU's Marching Bronco Express and boy did we have some good times!! Brian had an amazing spirit, and tons of energy on and off the field! I'm sure you're in Heaven smiling right now Brian, because there are so many people that loved and cared about you. Rest in Peace!! With Love, Sophie!

To the Reese Family,

I would like to extend my condolences, prayers, and deepest sympathy. Anyone who knew Brian could not say a bad word about him, which made him a "Jewel". He was a very fun-loving, warm, and kind person. No matter how bad the FSU Broncos football team lost Brian was still fun of energy "smile".

I will keep the family lifted up in prayer. Jeremiah 31:13

"Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow."

Dear Reese & FSU Family,

Brian was a shining star that we all will miss dearly. He along with all of the C/O 98 that came in 1993 and some of those that did not make it out on time "myself" had the time of our lives growing up together. All of us boys that growed up to be mature men enjoyed the time that we all had together. Even though we all went our seperate ways, Brian finished his work here on Earth first. So God bless him, and his family. We all will be together again one day, when we complete what we were put here to do. Rest In Peace Brian.

To Brian's Family: As a fraternity brother and college mate of Brian, I offer my deepest sympathy to the entire Reese family. Brian was one of the most pleasant person i ever came in contact with. I last ran into Brian in Charlotte in recent years and he still carried the same humble spirit he did in college. Ms. Reese, I can tell you did a great job, because it showed in Brian's overall personality. He will truly be missed as he enters the Omega Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc. To the family of Brian Reese:

Words can not express the untimely death of Brian. I am a former member of the FSU Marching Band and the former student director for the FSU Gospel Choir in which Brian was apart of both. I am without words to how hurt I am that Brian has passed. I know that he is happy right now and without pain. The only pain we have here on earth is the absence of such a WONDERFUL person. However, God has designed a place for us better than earth and that alone is comforting. I loved Brian with all my heart, he was a great friend with a great since of humor. He will indeed be missed and my heart goes out to each and everyone one of you.

God Bless You,
