I knew Eddie while I was a teenager, I worked for him 2 summers as part of Good Campbell & Associates, land surveyors. I remember Eddie as being very demanding concerning the quality of our work. Looking back to the 1970's, he helped me to understand what it meant to be a man, and to do things right. Eddie was a man of integrity and character, he made a big difference in my life. I'll miss him, having just spent time with him last year after the death of my own father. Freda, I'm praying for you, and know that Eddie will be missed.

I have know Eddie since 1990. During those 29 years I always enjoyed his friendship. During his part time years at STV he would happily talk about his Church projects. I am sure God has projects for a good person like him in heaven. One day I hope to ask God why not let good people stay on the earth a little longer. It was a privilege to know him. May we all remember his fine example of how to live.

Eddie was a friend and always someone who you could talk too. I knew Eddie from Cowans Ford and he was very supportive in all of our problems.
I will miss his smile and his gracious heart.
May God be with his family during this tragic loss.

So sorry to learn of the loss of this fine man. Knew him only from talking with, and playing golf with him at Cowens Ford Golf Club. He was always so friendly, and was also a good golfer. When God decided to take him to his eternal home, this world lost a fine man. May God give all peace, hope, and comfort now, and in the days ahead. Richard Ferrell

I had the pleasure meeting Eddie in 1997 and working with him for 12 years. He was a great mentor, always willing to help me with the most difficult engineering questions. His door was always open and he always made my problem, his problem.
I'll never forget his advice on the golf course: "when you hit a bad shot, don't panic, get it back in the fairway and play the course."
I think of Eddie often and I'm a better person having known him. My condolences to the Good family.
