Cora Harris Obituary
Cora Lee Walden Harris was born September 15, 1910 in Spartanburg County, SC, daughter of the late Edward Dean and Marguerite McBee Walden. Cora had worked as a supervisor for the Southern Bell Telephone Company. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church, Eastern Star Charlotte Chapter #294, and the Telephone Pioneers.
Cora is survived by her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, David L. Harris.
Memorials may be made to Hospice at Charlotte, 1420 East 7th Street, Charlotte, NC 28204.
Arrangements by McEwen Funeral and Cremation Service, Charlotte Chapel.
