January 1, 1927 - January 3, 2021
Charlotte, North Carolina - Don was a Professional Hair Stylist, New York Trained and he worked with J.B. Ivey Department Store in Charlotte as their Stylist until opening his own Shop.
He was born in Alamance County, NC and served in the US Navy during WWII.
Due to Covid restrictions a private family service will be held with military honors at Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC.
Don was survived by his older sister Una Jeffries of Charlotte and her son, Rev. Bill Jeffries, and his wife Terri, sons Grant, Ross and Sean and her daughter, P.J. Jeffries of Conway, SC, along with other nieces and nephews in Alamance County and Florida.
Memorials may be made to Music Ministry of Myers Park Baptist Church or to Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte Region.
