Mr. Joseph Horton, 72 of Charlotte, passed away on October 26, 2019 at Novant Health Presbyterian. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury. Grier Funeral Service, 115 John McCarroll Avenue is in charge of arrangements.
