I will always be grateful to Polli for being such a good friend to my Mother for so many years. And to me - as she used to write me newsy letters when I lived very far away.

Polly was a friend to my parents and to me on my visits to Aldersgate and I loved seeing her and her sense of humor. Her positive attitude and smile was infectious and brought joy to all that knew her. The world is a better place for having her in it and she will be sorely missed. Bob Blalock

Ms. Weld was a wonderful person and very intelligent. We met Polli through my mom Alma Pinkerton who moved to Aldergate in May. I set with Polli and my mom several times at dinner. I found Polli to be bright, witty and strong in character. The world needs more Polli Welds. May God Bless, Reg and Melissa Pinkerton

Alma enjoyed dining with Polli daily at Aldersgate and will certainly miss her.
