Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Mary Frances; brother, Hazel Williams (Willie Mae); son, Shedrick E. Williams, Jr.; daughter, Cecelia Evaon Williams; granddaughter, Jeanine F. Williams; grandson, Lamar Williams (Mary Dean); three great granddaughters; nieces and nephews, Carol Gaither (Theodore), Jonathan Williams, Carl Williams, Theresa Stewart, Donna Gaither and Frank Gaither.
Alexander Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.

Shedrick was one of the wisest
men i've had the pleasure to know.
We worked together at Lundy's.
He taught me some of the most important things in life.
"Everything's Lovely, Ya Understand"
i use his words often.
i'm glad we got to talk before
He went to the house.

I worked with Shed several years at Lundy Electronics. I remember his retirement lunch and still have pictures of the celebration. He was a fine man who dearly loved his family. He will be missed.
