Ted was a good friend during our years at Thomas Jefferson Junior High School. I caught up with him years later and we met at the Charleston High School's 50th Reunion for the class of 1959. We both enjoyed amateur radio. I have fond memories from both encounters though many years apart. He obviously led a good life. Rest in peace old friend.

Itice, I was shocked to just learn of Ted's passing. You and he were such good friends for many years. I will never forget the rafting trips and dinners we all spent together.

Itice,
I am so sorry I didn't know about your move or Ted's illness. I went home for Carl's funeral, Jim and Gayle told us about Ted. I found out on Ted face book page. I was inundated with all my memories
of him, you and the kids, it was overwhelming all the wonderful feellings I was left with.
Love to you and your family.

Sorry to learn of Ted's passing. Always enjoyed talking to him on the radio. I always felt Ted and I "connected" as I'm sure other folks did also. Will miss him during the VHF contests,

Ted always said he wanted to grow old sitting in a rocking chair on the porch with a cat at his feet. Somehow, I can't see this happening in heaven. I can see him running around asking what he can do to help others! Wonderful man.
