Linda and Danny, I have known Teresa for more than 20 years. I first met her at the bank, and immediatley fell in love with her. She was a very special person and we were very close for several years. She used to come to my house after work and we would laugh and just have the best time. She will be missed by many people who were lucky enough to know her. My prayers go out to you and your family, but know God only takes the good ones.

I am so sorry for your loss...
Teresa and I were classmates (1981) and altho' I've not seen her in years, I will always remember her as one of my first friends when my family moved to Mooresville in the middle of my 9th grade year in 1977.
Laisser son âme reposer en paix.

Rex, and Family, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I never met Teresa but it sounds like she was an amazing woman. Rex, I live in Mooresville now also. Patricia told me you lived here but I don't really know what part of Mooresville. I live in Cherry Grove. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. You are all in my heart and in my prayers.

Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Teresa was such a special person and I'll always remember the times that she shared with our family laughing and talking. I particularly remember one uncle's birthday party that we emptied all the helium from the balloons and sang songs like the chipmucks. We all laughted so hard we were all crying. Those were special times! She was a beautiful person inside and out and your loss is surely heaven's gain! Find comfort in fond memories and loving thoughts. God Bless!

Dear Danyy, Linda, Chad & Melissa,

I lived in Mooresville for 12 years. I lived on Coddle Creek Drive-off of Fieldstone Road until moving back to my home town-Sylva, NC (45 miles west of Asheville) in 1990. I worked with Teresa at NCNB bank at the main office in Mooresville. I started work for NCNB in March 1984, worked for them until late September 1990. Steve Robinson - City Executive at that time, hired me. Judy Murray, Jack's wife was head teller at that time, trained me. I loved working with Teresa! Teresa was the gal that introduced me to Merle Norman makeup! Bought my first compact from Ms. Ellis, which by the way I hear is still a live and well! Does not surprise in the least! You know little things like Teresa inspiring me to wear Merle Norman makeup is such happy memories. I understand as I get older how precious memories are to us. That wiil be the biggest thing to help you thru this time-is memories of Teresa. Teresa was ALWAYS so kind to me, she loved pretty clothes like I do (that is my expensive habit). I can never remember Teresa Martin ever having a bad hair day nor can I ever remember Teresa's outfit from head to toe not matching! She is such a beautiful person. Cindy Martin Wiggins, Louis Martin & Judy Martin are my VERY BEST friends! That set of Martins are my second family. You know most of us are happy to have one family, but I have been blessed for 23 years to have a second family. Cindy emailed yesterday (Thursday) morning about Teresa. My heart is broken about Teresa- I can't imagine how each of your hearts feel right now! Although I do understand how Chad & Melissa heart's feel because I lost both of my brothers- my youngest brother in 1988 when I lived in Mooresville. My heart & prayers go out to "all" of you! Teresa Martin was a special person to me. I had not been in contact with Teresa the past several years, but "always" asked Cindy, etc. how Teresa was doing, and to tell her hello for me next time she saw her. Teresa deserved the best in life, because she gave so much! Again, this news has sadden me, and my heart goes out to each of you! Please know that Teresa was a good friend and will always hold a special place in my memories of days at NCNB and in my heart. I met so many wonderful peopel at NCNB. I have worked for lots of companies, but I have to say the people at NCNB in Mooresville, NC holds a special place. Teresa, Judy Murray, Sara Stutts, Penny Bowles, O'Anna Minton, Steve Robinson, Tommy Davis, Gerald Huffman, Judy Martin, Sue Freeman & many more were great folks to work with & call friends.
Sincerely,
Sharron (Wilson) Crain
