Armand N. DiBenedetto passed away February 17, 2017 at his winter home in Sun City West, Arizona. Armand, a long-time Oak Park, Illinois resident preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Maggie (nee Santucci), sister Phyllis, son Vincent and daughter Natalie; was the loving husband of 60 years to Carmella (nee Belpedio); caring father to Janet, Donna, Carolyn, Armand and Carla; proud and joyous grandfather to Hamish and Ewan, Nicholas, Maggie, David and Annie, Alexander and Maxwell, and Philip, Emerson and Julia. Armand was a thoughtful and considerate father-in-law, uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and dear friend of many, many more. A funeral mass for Armand will be held April 8th, 11:00 am at Ascension Church, 808 S. East Avenue in Oak Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of the Valley are appreciated (phone #602-530-6992 or hov.org).
