I still think about Erin a lot and I was devastated by this news last year. While we lost touch after college, she was my best friend for 1-2 years at William & Mary. We met through our sorority, Delta Gamma. During my junior year I was at her apartment every day. We did crafts, watched comedies, made fondue, and always had fun. Sometimes we'd just lay in the grass and look up at the stars. We had so many philosophical discussions and she was so insanely kind. She truly made an impact on my heart. She lifted everyone around her up. Even though we lost touch, her impact and influence never left me. What I would do to go back and have more time with her.
Will forever love you Erin and wishing you peace.

I write this, still in disbelief. I am so very sorry for the loss of this beautiful, smart, energetic and fun woman--my heart goes out to her family as I know this is a very painful time.
Erin and I met through work acquaintances here in Richmond and as fellow Tribe members (W&M), Erin and I found so much common ground, identical quirkiness and hysterical cynicism...many long conversations about the trials of life and how to deal with them.
She was cuttingly smart, geeky, mature beyond her years and a heck of a lot of fun. She was part of our "happy hour" cabal, lots of adventures--the joy on her face as she piloted a ski boat for the first time on the James River.
As the pandemic distanced our group we unfortunately lost touch. What I would give to set the the clock back just a few weeks.
We will miss her dearly. Go Black Hawks!
