Jim was a dear and respected friend to me at the Finance Agency. He was always there share his knowledge with others and the first to notice good humor in others. He had a delightful personality and respected throughout the Finance Agency and also the member agencies of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council. He will be missed.

Many sunday mornings during the Kennedy Park football league I would play against Jim. He would do anything to get back in town just to play our team known as the (COPPERS). Sometimes he would forget it was a "Touch" league. He would always make it a point to come over and say hello to my son Brian and me. I am so very sorry for your loss. Jim and Brian Quinn

Shannon, Marge and all the family. Words cannot express our grief and sorrow for you at the passing too soon of wonderful Jamie. Our prayers in Ireland are with you at this difficult time. I wish we could be there in person to show our love and affection for our beloved big cousin. His heart was large and the love for him larger.
May you see God's light on the path ahead
When the road you walk is dark.
May you always hear,
Even in your hour of sorrow,
The gentle singing of the lark.
When times are hard may hardness
Never turn your heart to stone,
May you always remember
when the shadows fall—
You do not walk alone.
All our love to you, Donna, Conn, Annie and Liam Connolly
