John N. ''Jack'' Schaub, Navy Vet Korean War, age 71, of Clearwater, FL, died Friday, March 7, 2003. Beloved husband for 50 years of Kathleen ''Kass'', nee Heath; loving father of Kim (Gery) Schuch of Orland Park, Mark (Susan) of Naperville, Jay (Suzanne) of Hawthorn Woods, Steven (Diana) of Orland Park and Brian (Doris) of Palos Hills; proud grandfather of 13; loving son of Gertrude and the late Herbert of Fond du Lac, WI; dear brother of Janet of Waupun, WI and the late James of Fond du Lac, WI. He was born Sept. 4, 1931 in Fond du Lac, WI, living many years in Burbank, IL, before moving to Clearwater, FL in 1990. He was a journeyman plasterer for many years for the family business of John Schaub and Sons Plastering, and retired from Royce Engineering Company of Chicago. Memorial Mass 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 22, 2003, at St. Michael Catholic Church, 14327 S. Highland Ave., Orland Park, IL. Info Zimmerman & Sandeman Directors, 708-460-7500.
