Dottie,

My sincerest sympathy on the loss of your husband. I'm so glad to have had the chance to meet him a couple of times at Jeanne & Scott's, it was easy to see how much you two enjoyed getting out and having fun together. I'm also glad he got to experience the joy of being a grandfather, and I know he'll continue to watch over little Scott as he grows up.

Warmest regards,

Bev Savegnago (Jeanne's friend)

Hey Pops,

I am eternally grateful for your love! For giving me life, a family and most of all, unending love. I can not believe how lucky it was, and still is, for me to be adopted by you and Mom.

You taught me about integrity, honor, compassion, loyalty and so much more concerning what it takes to be a man. Rarely, if ever, did you two say no when it came to giving Scott and I the best. If it meant we had a better shot at succeding in life, you found a way to ensure it happend!

One of the greatest gifts you gave me was the belief I can do anything if I put my mind and heart into it! That lesson alone gets me out of bed everyday no matter how bad yesterday was.

You married an unbelievably phenominal woman. Without a doubt the best thing you did for yourself and us! Mom, you are so beautiful, I wish you blissful peace and serenity in this new life, along with the hope the good memories live on in your heart, keeping you warm. Sheila and I will be there whenever, wherever you need us.

I guess the best compliment I can give to my Dad is asking him to be my best man at my wedding. Thankfully I did so already and he gladly accepted, doing a bang-up job the night of in addition to graciously fulfilling the role for 37 years!

The good news, for me at least, is I know our conversations will continue on daily and forever. See ya' tomorrow Pops!
