Marguerite, I just learned of your passing. I am sorry to say that I have not kept up with your family over the past few years. Although I do remember our fun at the golf course and family picnics when our kids were little. Yes, you will be missed but we all know you are in a better place.

Marguerite,
I am proud to be your son in law. Always will be. God bless you on this new journey. Your light will shine on through the lives of your family. My love and thoughts are with them at this time, and beyond.
I liked it when you laughed at me, especially when I was being far too serious!
Love you
Steven

Dear Clarke family, I was sadden by the news that Marguerite had passed when I opened the Oak Leaves last week. It has been a lifetime since we played music together at the Oak Park Recorder School. My children we not even here when we started. I hope Marguerite was able to enjoy her music and composing skills until the end. Much love to you all during this difficult time. Most sincerely, Pam Wiese

Gone but never forgotten. She's now with Chana in the flower garden awaiting our arrival.

Success is Marguerite Clarke
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty, to find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child,
a garden patch or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.
Sweet, Dear Marguerite; Your time on earth has given us your beautiful music, words of compassion, scrumptious meals, and the most beautiful gift of all, your family.
You will be surely missed on earth, but congrats on making it home to begin your eternal life.
See ya round sometime soon!

Mommy, I miss you and hugely lament that you are no longer with us. Please know that I am incredibly thankful for all the blessings you bestowed upon us through your motherly wisdom, your excellent genes, your wonderful friendship, and your sweet love. You were the perfect Mommy who, together with Daddy, gave your offspring a fun life. I am also grateful that you had a long and happy life! I look forward to our happy reunion some day beyond time and space, but in the meanwhile, you live forever in my heart.
