O. Granum Obituary
O. Alfred "AI" Granum. Beloved husband of Noreen, nee Naser, for a loving 21 years. Devoted father of Gail, Sherry (Julian) Lewis, Lani Jean (Bob) Feldman, Allan, and Kelly Lindberg. Loving son of the late Oscar A., and the late Signe Victoria, nee Larson, Granum, Fond grandfather of 12. Dear brother of Polly (Bud) Erion and the late Robert (Jackie) Granum. Dear uncle of many. Special thanks to his dedicated caregiver Evelyn Tisdal who was always by his side. Al was a retired general agent for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. In a career spanning seven decades, Al Granum's contributions make him recognized as one of the most influential leaders in the insurance industry. Funeral Saturday, January 11, 2014 9:00 am from Russo's Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL 60162 (between Mannheim and Wolf Road) to Christ Church of Oak Brook, 501 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523. Service celebrated at 10:00 am. Interment will be private. Visitation Friday, January 10, 2014 from 3 -9 pm. For additional information (708) 449-5300.
