I am so sorry to hear a year later from friends that Norm passed away. I enjoyed Norm's friendship so much and he was the best landlord that I have ever had in the 12 years that I rented an apartment from him. He was so kind to allow me to do wood working in his garage and build cabinets for his apartments. I will miss him greatly.

I have known Norm for many years, and consider him a friend. He has always been kind, caring, and an excellent listener. I am sad to find out he has passed. He will be missed. I pass by Sunshine Cleaners every single day and can't help but to think of him. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I am very sad and shocked to hear of his passing. Last time I saw him, he was cracking jokes and being as feisty as ever. I will always think of him and smile.
