With sadness, "Chuck" passed away Sept. 24th, 2023. Chuck was born on January 24th, 1941, in Washington D.C.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; his three sons, Joseph, Terry, and Mike, their wives and eight grandchildren; Marjorie's daughter, Rebecca, her husband David and their son. Chuck was previously married to Margaret Briggs Vance for 30 years until her passing in 1999.
He joined the Navy in 1965 and served honorably for 21 years, retiring at the rank of Commander. He was a loving husband, father, friend, and shipmate.
God Bless you Dad, we love you. Chuck wanted very simple services.

My sincerest condolences during this saddest of times. I played golf with Chuck for several years and at the nineteenth hole he was the Commander of the group. He will be greatly missed.

Will never forget our golf outing at Kenwood Club and what a smart guy my cousin seemed to a young guy like me. Rip and send a message when u can.
