Harrison - Beloved husband of Toni (Sacco) Mentrup. Loving father of Nick and Eric Mentrup. Dear brother of Gary (Marlene) Mentrup and Pam (Bill) Rouse. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Died suddenly Feb. 2, 2018 Age 70. Visitation at the Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Rd. Harrison on Thursday from 9-10am followed by Funeral Mass 10:30am at St. John the Baptist Church, 508 Park Ave., Harrison, OH 45030. Burial to follow in church cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church. neidhardminges.com

I'm so sorry, I just heard this from our neighbor, Bud Rullmann. Greg and Gary were childhood friends with my brothers, Charlie Alwell , Jim Alwell, Davey Alwell , John "Jan" Kruk. Pam was also my childhood friend. Many times we were at each other's
house. Greg and my brothers loved to fish in a small pond which is in the Park now. They also fished with Rusty Finnegan. They went frog gigging, too! Always outside playing! My husband and I actually live in the Mentrup's old home ! Been here 30 years! The old stone steps are still in the back yard I love them! God Bless all of you
