John McCormack Obituary
John Patrick, III, 39, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2011. John is survived by father John (Pamela) McCormack and mother Linda (David) Rose; sisters Jennifer McCormack, Jill (Ryan) Hanson and Kristi Rose Wheeler; brother Todd David Rose and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Friday, November 25, 2011 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Neidhard-Snow Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, OH, 45231. Funeral Services will take place immediately following the visitation at 11:00AM. Burial to follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The UC Foundation, (In Memory of John P. McCormack III), University of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 19970, Cincinnati, OH 45219. Memorial donation envelopes will be provided at the funeral home. To leave remembrances, please visit www.neidhardsnowfuneralhome.com.

Rest in Peace John. When we came in contact again after so long (more than 15 years), it brought back lots of memories of good times we all had at our house in high school with the band and all. You were an excellent guitar player and a very sweet guy. The world will miss you!
