David Patrick Hart

Asheville - David Patrick Hart, 64, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals.

A native of River Edge, NJ, he resided in Asheville for the past 30 years.

He was a son of the late James Francis and Agnes Elizabeth Norton Hart.

Surviving are his brother, Donald J. Hart and wife Bobbie of Wyckoff, NJ; nephews: Brian Hart and wife Jessica, and Patrick Hart and fiancée Emily Skipp; great nephew, Tyler Hart; and longtime and dear friend, Mary Althouse of Asheville.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Dave has been in my thoughts all day since learning of his passing. Had many good times with Dave during our years at BC. Dave had a great sense of humor and a good heart.
