Cheryl Patla Obituary
Cheryl Ann Patla, 58, died Friday, July 23, 2021, at her home. The funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday from Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home Inc., Pikes Creek, with a Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to service time.

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Cheryl. I worked with her for a short while at Wegmans. She was always so kind and friendly to everyone

I was deeply saddened to hear about Cheryl's passing. She was such a kind person (and classmate). I remember coming to her house one day with my daughter. She had been canning from the garden, and I complimented her efforts. She said she just canned a little at a time, as things were ripe and harvested, and it added up. It became a metaphor of sorts for me, a little lesson that she didn't realize she was giving. Little efforts in life do add up. God bless her. I'm honored we crossed paths in this life. I will pray for the Patla and Scott families. Ronalee Schall
