We knew Frank at the Trucksville United Methodist Church as well as Dallas Township meetings. We also were fortunate enough to know his wonderful family which he and Sally instilled a active, community spirit and good work ethic. Frank devoted many hours to Dallas Township and leaves a wonderful, lasting legacy. Morag and I will miss his company , but have some wonderful memories of our relationship. Condolences to the family. You can be proud of his accomplishments.
