Bill, as Jack's daughter & your 2nd cousin, I've had the joy of knowing you, Aunt Ella & Uncle Charlie for a very long time! I am sorry to hear from Luetta, of your loss of Doris. She was a very sweet lady & has left her love in the hearts of many of us. Someday, we'll have a grand reunion in heaven! Until then, ask Jesus to hug her for you. May He carry you through these difficult days and bless you with His peace.

Though our hearts are mourning Doris is truly happy. I had the great opprotunity to know Doris and Bill from working out at Aldersgate Village. Mrs. Calwell would always come and get me from my office to show off her family pictures, nurse pins that her family put in a shadow box and just conversate about life. Doris loved all of you so much and was very proud of all of your accomplishments. Do not be sad because she would not want you to be. We all have lost someone precious to us but we have all the good times and the advice that she has left in our memories until we meet again. I will continue to pray for all of you and Bill you will be with your sweetheart once again but until that day she is still walking beside you.

So sorry about Doris' passing. She was so close to that 100 mark. Always enjoyed visiting with her and Bill, especially since we moved to SE Missouri and would meet them for lunch at Aldersgate. Doris fixed a special dish for my mother, Sylvia Inglish, when she was very ill--so thoughtful of her. Will miss her.
