Nancy Louise Fultz, age 70 of Tazewell, Tennessee, was born April 2, 1946 and passed away on June 30, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. Nancy was saved at an early age and was a lifelong member of Riverside Baptist Church. Nancy loved to garden, fish, walk and do anything outdoors. She had an undying devotion to her family and she loved Elvis Presley. Nancy was always willing to help anyone in need.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Sterling and Bessie Massengill; son Rocky Fultz; sisters Bonnie Lanham and Marie Fultz; brothers Lonnie and Frank Massengill; and son-in-law Johnny Scearce.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Arbie Fultz. Her daughters Tina and Chris Russell and Crystal Fultz and Jessie Maples, all of Tazewell. Her grandchildren, Jeff and Samantha Harvey of Tazewell, Kayla and Holden Moyers of Corbin, Kentucky, Austin Moore and Braden Greer both of Tazewell. Great-grandchildren, John Harvey, Conner and Easton Moyers, and Brentley Moore of Caryville, Tennessee. Sisters Rethie Price, Vivian Fultz, Juanita and Bill Seals, Lucille and Charles Sandifur all of Tazewell, Tennessee. Brothers Robert Massengill, John and Geneva Massengill, Stanley and Nellie Fay Massengill all of Tazewell. A host of nieces, nephews, friends and family. Special friend Nellie Massengill.
The family received friends Saturday, July 2, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service followed at 8 p.m. in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service was Sunday, July 3, at 11 a.m. in the Bethel Cemetery.

Every time I saw her in church she would hug me and tell me she loved me. I know she is in heaven with Rocky, I will miss hearing her sing in church and seeing her walking along the side of the road.
