Bill Turner Obituary
Visitation will be today from 5:30 until 8:00 pm. Services will be Sunday, October 11, 2009, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Wolf Funeral Services, Morton, MS with burial following in the Leesburg Baptist Cemetery. Officiating will be
Rev. Byron Howell. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton is in charge of arrangements.
Bill had lived in Pearl since 1982, moving from Leesburg, MS and Canton, MS and was a member of Leesburg Baptist Church. He was a former truck driver and enjoyed the outdoors and boating. He had worked as a truck broker with Magnolia Truck Brokers in Pearl, MS for over thirty years.
He was preceded in death by his son, Bryan Turner; mother, Jannie T. Grammer; father, Joe Turner; sister, Barbara T. Schrier; and brother, Dwight Turner.
He is survived by one son, Mike Turner, Pearl; three sisters, Jennie Sullivan, Canton; Marian Summerlin, Canton; Lana Turner, Austin, TX; two brothers, Joe E. Turner, Brandon; Bobbie E. Turner, Brandon; and four grandchildren, Cameron Turner, Whitney Turner, Savannah Turner, and Kellen Turner.

Well I just found out yesterday that Mr. Bill had passed and I am hurt as though he passed yesterday. He was a great friend of mine. All of his family please know that he was a adored person. I would go in and pick up the payroll checks for Keys trucking I am J.Lee Keys. One time one of the drivers came in with a awful killer flu from Texas Mr. Bill caught it and passed it to me. We discussed it ,we almost left here then but God kept us here a little while longer to get our lives together. I could make his face turn completely red when I say something funny. No matter what happened in my family him and Magnolia Truck Brokers made sure we got the biggest flowers. We will love you all forever. God got a great one when he got Bill, and he got 2 great ones because I found out about Mr. Bill by way of Mr. Bobby passing. My deepest Condolences from J.Lee J.T. and Cora Lee of Keys Trucking Seminary Ms. We love you all and Thank God for all of you.
