Charlie Thompson
September 5, 2020
Charles was a kind gentleman who lived next door to me when I was a child. I was friends with his son William and Daughter Mary for the time we lived there. I remember he was always willing to teach William and me about the mechanical things he was always working on in his garage. His tools were always clean and organized and he could always find what he needed in an instant! I have not seen him in almost 50 years I but as I write this I can see him like it was yesterday. He took William and me fishing on County Lake a time or two. My condolences to the family and especially his Son William and Daughter Mary who were my friends all those years ago. I have found that it is much more likely that I will remember someone after so long if they made a positive impression on me and Charles certainly did!
