Dear Sampson Family,

It was a joy to have met Esther even if only for a few brief visits. It is my prayer that your sorrow soon be replaced with only the precious memories of the joyous times you shared with her.

I am blessed and honored to have known Mrs Marshall who I met in 1975, when I was in the 11th grade. I was her yard man until she sold her house a few years ago, more than that she was very inspirational in my life after I lost both my parents. She will be sorely missed.
