Colorado. Dustin graced
our lives from November
1, 1994 to February 19,
2016. He is survived by
his Mother Marilyn (Lyn)
Riffel of Elbert, Father
Gary and Roberta Riffel of
Englewood, Grandparents
Chuck and Esther Pittock
of Ft Collins, and many
aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Dustin graduated from Elbert
High School class of
2013 & enjoyed his friends,
meteorite hunting, MX
motorcycles, fast cars, Taekwondo,
and music. Dustin
was an honor roll student &
ambassador to Australia for
People to People.
A memorial service will
be held on March 5, 2016
at 2pm at Elbert Christian
Church, 23928 Broadway
St, Elbert, CO 80106. A
memorial fund has been established
in Dustin's honor.

I read once that the dates on your headstone mean nothing. Rather, it is the dash between those lines that matters and how one lived their life. I did not know Dustin as a child but I have been fortunate to learn about his life through all of the amazing pictures and stories that have been shared. What I know is that his "dash" was full of laughter, love and a little rowdiness. His life was short, but full. His memory will live on through those that knew him and loved him. So many will miss him so very much.
