ADELAIDE WATKINS, 69, died May 2, 2007. Visitation is Tuesday, May 8from 4-6:30 p.m at N.J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home. Service at 12 noon, Wednesday, May 9 at Faith Heritage Church of God in Christ. 3802 Graggs St. She leaves her daughter, Marilyn Jones; son, Edward Jones, both of Memphis, TN; five sisters, Mae Alice (Albert) Edingburgh of Memphis, TN, Linnie (Louis) Willis of Arlington, TN, Sadie (Will) Bledsoe of Nashville, TN, Irma Ruth (Barry) Knowles, of Somerville, TN, and Lucille Matthews, of Bolivar, TN; three brothers, Lee (Virginia) Jones, Elder James (Linda) Jones, Jr., Melvin Jones, all of Memphis; four grandchildren, Felicia White, Reginald Peete, LaToya Nolan and Shaneka Jones; one great-granddaughter, Jenia Peete; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. To the Family of Ms. Adelaide Watkins, I pray much strength for the family during your time of lost. I thank you all for allowing me the opportunity to be apart of her life. Ms. Watkins was like a grandmother to me, I appreciate the times that we shared through the years. I also would like to encourage the family to remember that God makes NO mistakes and cherish the times that you all had to spend together. Remember all your good times, and with these memories I hope you find comfort deep within your hearts. You all are in my prayers & I send my deepest sympathy.
