To the Family of Bennie Jenkins

I was a childhood friend of Bennie's at LaRose Elementary School in Memphis, and also a graduate of the BTW class of 1957. Bennie and I were often called upon to perform duets at LaRose, and we became real buddies. Rosetta,I am so grateful that I had an opportunity to meet you at our 50th class reunion in 2007, and to catch up and reminisce with Bennie about the "good old days." As we celebrate his life, we sadly say goodbye to that magnificent tenor voice, as he now joins the celestial choir of angels.

My sincere condolences to you, and may God bless and comfort you now and in the days ahead.

Love & Prayers,

Pamela McKinney
