JOANN BULLARD MCCLINTON

JoAnn Bullard McClinton was born on April 9, 1945, in Horn Lake, MS to Georgia Mae Williams Bullard and Stickland Bullard. JoAnn departed this life on Sunday, January 26, 2014. JoAnn accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour at an early age. She confessed her faith at Oak Grove Baptist Church under the leadership of V.B. Brown. She was united in holy matrimony to O.B. McClinton and to this union two children were born. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. JoAnn was a 1966 graduate of Hernando Central High. After that she entered the working world. Then she met the love of her life, O.B. McClinton and lived in Memphis, TN. After having her two boys she decided to be a stay at home mom and a great supporter for her Country music singer husband. They then moved to Nashville, TN where they lived for about 12 years. After the devastating loss of her husband she moved back home to Memphis to continue raising her sons with the family. The wake will be 5-8 p.m. Friday, January 31 at M. J. Edwards Whitehaven. The funeral will be Saturday, February 1, at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Hernando, MS at 12 noon. Interment: Greenview Memorial Cemetery. Hernando, MS
